Our Managers

With management teams spread across several countries, EDP is headed by an Exectutive Board of Directors consisting of 5 members, who are appointed by the shareholders at the General Meeting and are responsible for managing company activities, under the terms set out in the Commercial Companies Code and in the articles of association.
