Transparency Equality Salary Reports for Women and Men

Fair for everyone
The Brazilian Equal Pay Act (PL 14.611/23) seeks to ensure that men and women receive equal pay for equal or equivalent work, reinforcing the prohibition of any form of wage discrimination based on gender.


How Does It Work?
Data analysis is performed through the Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO), which, although comprehensive, may not necessarily reflect the particularities of EDP structures. It is important to highlight that data based on CBOs may contain outdated information, which can distort the analysis of salary disparities. This study did not include analyses related to length of service, period in a specific role, and promotions resulting from evaluations.
