Yes, we will ask you about your grade point average. This is information that we need to collect but it is not a key point in your application. For us a person is much more than the grade point average, she/he is the sum of multiple aspects. Nevertheless, since this is an element of reference and each country has a different grading system, we provide a table where you can see the equivalency of your grades to the Portuguese system. This way you can choose the correct option!

Yes, we are present in several parts of the world, which makes English fundamental. To make it easier for you and to guarantee that you know which level better describes you, we provide a small table with the description of each level. This applies not only to English but to any other languages, as we would love to know more about your communication skills!

No, it is not mandatory for you to know Portuguese to apply to EDP Trainee Program.
To attract different profiles we created a flexible and inclusive recruitment process to the different needs of our candidates. If you have any special need, you only have to share with us this information during the application (on the application forms).
The EDP Trainee Program recruitment process consists of: an online application, online tests and a video interview (asynchronous), an online assessment, and a final interview - all these stages will take place in a completely digital format.
Applications are open until December 4, and the recruitment process starts from the moment you complete your application.
Yes, as a Trainee you will receive a competitive monthly base salary! In addition, you will get benefits such as health insurance. Also, we will cover your travel expenses related to your possible international job rotations, in accordance to the company international mobility policy.
