For the purposes of implementing and managing your request for support, EDP - Energias de Portugal, S.A. (hereinafter “EDP SA”), as the data controller, will collect your personal data, which you have indicated by completing this form. Your personal data will be kept for the period strictly necessary for the purposes of analysis, after which it will be deleted and/or anonymized. You have the right to request access to your personal data, its rectification or erasure, as well as limitation of processing and opposition to processing for reasons related to your particular situation. If you consider that your personal data is being unlawfully processed by EDP SA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Data Protection Commission or another competent supervisory authority in accordance with the law.
