Supporting transparency with the Speak Up channel

We follow a policy of transparency, giving a voice to those who consider that certain behaviours violate ethical principles, legal provisions or internal regulations. For this, we provide the so-called Speak Up channel, which complies with the legal requirements regarding complaints and allows easy access for those who wish to make use of it. 

How to use the available channels 

Speak up collects complaints of alleged infringements, whether of the Ethical Code or of all the legal matters, including those under the general regime for the protection of complainants
Policy for the Complaints Management System of EDP Spain

EDP Spain’s Speak Up channel is a channel that collects complaints of alleged infringements, whether of the Ethical Code or of all the legal matters, including those under the general regime for the protection of complainants recently published in Spain (Law 2/2023, February 20th, 2023), as well as internal policies and regulations. Interested parties from any company in the EDP Group may use this channel. 

For more clarity, you may consult the Policy for the Complaints Management System of EDP Spain about management of complaints, which establishes the principles regarding complainant protection and the rules applicable to the process of receipt, procedure, resolution and registration of communications received by the companies adhered to EDP Spain’s Speak Up Channel.

If you become aware of any situation that strikes you as unethical or contrary to legal or internal regulations, do not hesitate to report it.
