General Shareholders’ Meeting
The General Meeting is the highest body of the Company, and it is through this that the shareholders actively participate in the Company's decisions. The General Meeting has the powers provided for in the company's articles of association, under the terms of the applicable legislation.

The Board of the General Meeting is made up of a chairman and a vice-president, elected by the General Meeting as well as by the Company Secretary.
