Appointment of Representatives for the General Supervisory Board
In accordance of subparagraph a) of Article 3 of the CMVM Regulation 5/2008, EDP – Energias de Portugal, S.A. hereby informs that the members of the General and Supervisory Board China Three Gorges Corporation; China Three Gorges International Corp.; China Three Gorges (Europe), S.A.; China Three Gorges Brasil Energia Ltda; China Three Gorges (Portugal), Sociedade Unipessoal, Lda.; DRAURSA, S.A.; Senfora BV; Banco Comercial Português, S.A. and Société Nationale pour la Recherche, la Production, le Transport, la Transformation et la Commercialisation des Hydrocarbures (Sonatrach) elected in the General Shareholders Meeting held on April 5th, 2018, appointed as representatives to exercise the office, the individuals listed in the attachment.
