EDP and EDP Finance BV signed a EUR 800,000,000 Multicurrency Term Facility Agreement with Bank of China.
Pursuant to the terms and for the purposes of article 248 of the Portuguese Securities code, EDP - Energias de Portugal SA ("EDP") is providing the following information to the market:
EDP and EDP Finance BV signed a EUR 800,000,000 Multicurrency Term Facility Agreement with Bank of China. The loan is senior and unsecured, with a 3 year tenor and a margin of 350 bps over 3-month Libor.
This loan is intended for general corporate purposes and it reinforces the Group's liquidity position.
