EDP announces results of noteholders meetings

Lisbon, March 27th, 2025: Further to the announcement on March 3rd, 2025, relating to the convening of noteholders meetings for the following securities issuances of EDP, S.A. (“EDP”):

1. “€ 750,000,000 Fixed to Reset Rate Subordinated Notes due 2082” (ISIN: PTEDPXOM0021);
2. “€1,000,000,000 Fixed to Reset Rate Subordinated Instruments due 2083” (ISIN: PTEDP4OM0025);
3. “€500,000,000 Fixed to Reset Rate Subordinated Notes due 2082” (ISIN: PTEDPYOM0020);
4. “€750,000,000 Fixed to Reset Rate Subordinated Instruments due 2054” (ISIN: PTEDPZOM0011); and
5. “€1,000,000,000 Fixed to Reset Rate Subordinated Instruments due 2054” (ISIN: PTEDPSOM0002) (each a “Series” and together the “Notes”).

EDP now informs that all meetings were held today and were quorate.

A majority consisting of at least three fourths of the votes cast at each Meeting were in favour of the relevant extraordinary resolution and therefore the extraordinary resolutions in relation to all Series were duly passed.
