EDP - Energias de Portugal, S.A. ("EDP") informs that in June 21st, acquired from EDP Group pension fund 21,667,980 shares of Banco Comercial Português, S.A. ("BCP"), representing 0.6% of BCP's share capital and voting rights. This transaction was done at a price of €3.95/share.
Following this transaction:
1. EDP owns 106,124,052 shares of BCP, which represent 2.94% of BCP share capital and voting rights;
2. EDP Group pension fund owns 50,890,236 shares of BCP, which represent 1.41% of BCP share capital and voting rights;
