EDP concludes asset rotation deal related to transmission line in Brazil
Lisbon, April 30th, 2025: Following the announcement to the market on December 23th, 2024, EDP, S.A. ("EDP"), through its fully owned subsidiary EDP - Energias do Brasil S.A. (“EDP Brasil”), has completed today the total disposal to a company wholly owned by SKYLINE Fundo de Investimento em Participações, fund managed by Actis, of its stake (90%) in the transmission line EDP Transmissão Aliança SC (Lote 21), in the State of Santa Catarina, with a total length of 435 Kilometers and R$ 256.7 million in Annual Allowed Revenue (“Receita Anual Permitida” – “RAP”).
The total consideration for the transaction corresponds to an enterprise value of R$ 2.3 billion.
