EDP - Energias de Portugal, S.A. (EDP) has notified LogicaCMG Corporate Holdings Limited (LogicaCMG) that it wishes to exercise its put option over 40% of Edinfor ? Sistema Informáticos, S.A. share capital. The price specified represents the minimum pre-agreed price (€55 million) and is subject to the conditions and obligations of the 2005 Shareholders? Agreement between EDP and LogicaCMG. We expect the transaction to complete in March.
