EDP Informs on the Final Decision Adopted by the European Commission Relating to the Acquisition of Joint Control Over GDP – Gás de Portugal, SGPS, S.A.

EDP was notified of the final decision taken by the European Commission in relation to the competition appraisal of the acquisition of joint control over GDP - Gás de Portugal, SGPS, S.A. by EDP and Eni S.p.A.. The Commission?s decision considered that the concentration by which EDP and ENI would acquire joint control over GDP is incompatible with the common market.
