EDP maintains price of €6,75/share for the tender offer on Edp Renováveis

Pursuant to the terms and for the purposes of the article 17 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council and of article 248-A of the Portuguese Securities code, EDP - Energias de Portugal, S.A. ("EDP") is providing the following information to the market:

Following several questions raised regarding the General and Public Tender Offer for the acquisition of shares representative of the share capital of EDP Renováveis registered on July 5th 2017, EDP hereby communicates that the offer price will not be revised and thus will be maintained at €6,75 per share.
