Paul Elliot Singer notifies qualified shareholding in EDP
Lisbon, January 9th, 2020: Pursuant to the terms and for the purposes of article 244 of the Portuguese Securities code and of the CMVM Regulation 5/2008, EDP - Energias de Portugal, S.A. (“EDP”) is providing the following information to the market:
On January 6th, 2020, Paul Elliot Singer notified EDP that, in accordance with article 16 of the Portuguese Securities Code, it has changed the chain of controlled undertakings of its respective qualified shareholding, as disclosed in the attachment.
