Resignation of the Chairman of the General Shareholders’ Meeting and Member of the General and Supervisory Board
In accordance with paragraph a) of article 3 and no. 1, paragraph b) of article 7 of CMVM Regulation no. 5/2008, EDP - Energias de Portugal, S.A. (“EDP”) hereby informs that Mr. António Manuel de Carvalho Ferreira Vitorino has presented his resignation as Chairman of the General Shareholders’ Meeting and, inherently in accordance with EDP’s By-Laws, as Member of the General and Supervisory Board of EDP.
