Resignation of Executive Board Member

Lisbon, March 13th 2023: In accordance with paragraph a) of article 3 of CMVM Regulation no. 5/2008, EDP - Energias de Portugal, S.A. (“EDP”) hereby informs the market and the public in general that, today, the member of the Executive Board of Directors, Miguel Nuno Simões Nunes Ferreira Setas, has tendered his resignation from office,  with effects at the moment a substitute member is appointed at EDP's Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting, to be held on April 12, 2023.

EDP registers and appreciates the important contribution of Miguel Nuno Simões Nunes Ferreira Setas, who has been part of EDP's Executive Board of Directors over the last 8 years, and recognizes the exemplary performance, both personal and professional, of this director.
