Resignation of member of the General Supervisory Board and appointment of new representative

Lisbon, December 26th 2019: In accordance with subparagraph a) of Article 3 of the CMVM Regulation 5/2008, EDP – Energias de Portugal, S.A. hereby informs that the representative in the General and Supervisory Board of China Three Gorges Brasil Energia Ltda., Mr. Yinsheng LI has presented his resignation.

In his replacement, China Three Gorges Brasil Energia Ltda. appointed Mrs. Li LI as its representative to exercise the office on her own behalf.

EDP will now begin the registration process at the Commercial Registry Office.
