If you’re a person with a disability studying, working, or seeking new challenges, now is your chance to use your unique skills to create energy for the planet while growing your career and expanding your network.

Registration will be open until February 7th. 

The program takes place between February 17th and April 17th.

About the program
The RiseAbility program is a global initiative empowering individuals with visible and invisible disabilities to boost career development and job readiness. This 2-month journey helps participants reflect on strengths, set clear career goals, and build crucial skills to succeed professionally.

<p>Our expert team will conduct a fully digital, inclusive, and efficient process to ensure a positive and memorable experience for all candidates.</p>

What we have to offer

  • A 2-month experience with development initiatives (2 activities per month in a hybrid or remote model)
  • Learn and develop useful skills for your professional future (e.g., social, technological, interpersonal skills)
  • Gain a first professional experience while studying (e.g., job shadowing)

What we're looking for

  • People at least 18 years old with visible or invisible disabilities who are currently studying or have recently completed; their studies, or those who are working but looking to develop skills for new opportunities;
  • Minimum digital skills as the program will take place in a hybrid or remote format;
  • Good knowledge of English, Portuguese, or Spanish.

The program is aimed at individuals with visible or invisible disabilities who are studying, have recently completed their studies, or are working but want to develop skills to seek new professional opportunities.

 

Requirements to participate:

  • Individuals with visible or invisible disabilities.
  • Students or professionals who wish to develop skills for new opportunities.
  • Basic digital skills, as the program will take place in a hybrid or remote format.
  • Proficiency in English, Portuguese, or Spanish.

The selection process is 100% digital and consists of two steps:

  1. Online application: complete the application form and submit the required documents.
  2. Screening and Selection: our DEIB team will review your application quickly, efficiently, and inclusively. 

You can also get help from a friend or family member during this process, if needed.

The program sessions will be adapted to the participants' needs. They can take place in the morning, afternoon, or evening, including after-work hours, to ensure everyone can participate regardless of their schedule.

  • Skill development: participants will have access to development activities (2 per month) in a hybrid or remote format, covering social, technological, and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional experience: participants will have the opportunity to gain initial professional experience, such as job shadowing.
  • CV enhancement: by participating, you'll be able to enrich your resume with new skills and experiences.
  • Network expansion: you'll have the opportunity to grow your professional network through mentorship and networking activities.

The program does not offer a fixed salary. However, it provides an opportunity to gain new skills and experience that can be valuable for your future career.

While the program does not guarantee direct job offers at the end, it aims to enhance your chances in the job market by providing practical experience, mentorship, and improving your resume. Additionally, the network you build during the program may open doors to new professional opportunities.

Yes! The program is designed to be inclusive, catering to individuals with visible and invisible disabilities. We also provide an accessible selection process, with assistance available if you need extra support during your application or participation.

Once you apply, our DEIB team will conduct the screening and selection process. If selected, you’ll receive more information about the activities and the program schedule. The development sessions will begin in the following months, with the option to participate in remote or hybrid activities.
