Appointment of representatives for the General Supervisory Board

In accordance of subparagraph a) of Article 3 of the CMVM Regulation 5/2008, EDP – Energias de Portugal, S.A. hereby informs that following the  entry into force of the Strategic Partnership Agreement signed between the EDP and the China Three Gorges Corporation on December 30, 2011, the members of the General and Supervisory Board China Three Gorges Corporation, China International Water & Electric Corp., China Three Gorges International (Europe) Limited and China Three Gorges New Energy Co., Ltd. elected in the General Shareholders Meeting held on February 20th, 2012, appointed as representatives to exercise the office, the individuals listed below:
