The Executive Board of Directors decided to change the registered office of EDP to Avenida 24 de Julho, nº 12, 1249-300 Lisboa, having obtained, for such purpose, the previous favourable opinion of the General and Supervisory Board, according to the company's Articles of Association.
Pursuant to the terms and for the purposes of article 249 of the Portuguese Securities code, EDP - Energias de Portugal SA ("EDP" or "Company") is providing the following information to the market:
