China Development Bank Corporation approved today the terms of a loan to be provided to EDP – Energias de Portugal, S.A. and EDP Finance BV for a total of €1,000 million. The loan is senior and unsecured, with a 5 year tenor and a margin of 480 bps over 6-month Euribor.
China Development Bank Corporation ("CDB") approved today the terms of a loan to be provided to EDP – Energias de Portugal, S.A. ("EDP") and EDP Finance BV for a total of €1,000 million. The loan is senior and unsecured, with a 5 year tenor and a margin of 480 bps over 6-month Euribor.
This loan is part of the commitments set out in the strategic partnership established between EDP and China Three Gorges Corporation, which was announced on December 22nd, 2011.
